How about your health? You've worked hard and built a solid foundation. Time to start enjoying it, yes? But can you really? Out of breath walking upstairs? Clothes a few sizes larger than they once were? Some of those niggles slowing you down?

That motivation that creeps up on you through your life. As you approach a significant milestone, age or event you pause and reflect. "I need to do something for myself, for my own health and wellbeing."

For over 30yrs I have been a banking and finance professional, living and working in many countries and cultures. I am well accustomed to the daily treadmill of office work and its stresses, politics and pressures in a wide variety of settings. What started for me as a part-time hobby, ultimately became a decade of personal improvement through weight training, exercise, healthy diet and CrossFit. I once joked with myself that I would be in my best shape at the age of 50, sure in the belief I would give up way before that. Little did I know this would become a reality.

My own path has been life changing. On this journey I’ve gained a deep understanding of body composition, conditioning, dietary influences and well-being.
As a qualified Personal Trainer and CrossFit Coach I am committed to lifestyle change and achieving measurable results through thoughtful programming, continuous engagement and progress monitoring with my clients.

My aim is to inspire others to explore their full potential.

For all of us, fitness levels decline from the 3rd decade of life, in some areas as early as 25. Blood vessels stiffen, muscles atrophy, resting heart rates rise and max heart rates decline. Bones lose their density, obesity becomes more prevalent and the risk of chronic disease rises.

I will do an overall assessment with you to check your fitness level. We can then discuss your goals, lifestyle factors and diet. Together we will identify an approach that works for you. Something specialised ? We can research together and take appropriate informed steps ensuring safety and sustainability. Whether you want to focus on body toning, cardiovascular training or weight training, I will deliver a balanced fitness plan to suit you, keeping it engaging, challenging yet manageable.
