For over 30yrs I have been a banking and finance professional, living and working in many countries and cultures. I am well accustomed to the daily treadmill of office work and its stresses, politics and pressures in a wide variety of settings. What started for me as a part-time hobby for me, ultimately became a decade of personal improvement through weight training, exercise, healthy diet and CrossFit. I once joked with myself that I would be in my best shape at the age of 50, sure in the belief I would give up way before that. Little did I know this would become a reality.
My own path has been life changing. On this journey I’ve gained a deep understanding of body composition, conditioning, dietary influences and well-being.
As a qualified Personal Trainer and CrossFit Coach I am committed to lifestyle change and achieving measurable results through thoughtful programming, continuous engagement and progress monitoring with my clients.
